Run /reload-plugins to apply it to an open session. Needs Claude Code 2.1.287 or later.

Notes

Requires Claude Code 2.1.287 or later. On 2.1.285, you must turn on the CLAUDE_CODE_ENABLE_FUNCTION_HOOKS=1 environment variable for it to load.
It substitutes text from a fixed dictionary (dict.json) with no model calls or network requests, so it uses no tokens.
Spinner word translation applies only on the terminal screen (desktop keeps the original text; the other translations also apply on desktop).
You can check new untranslated phrases with /ko-dump and add them to dict.json yourself (up to 200 are recorded).
Permission prompts, the welcome screen, option values, error messages and the pill text below the prompt stay in the original, because there is no hook for them or translating them would lose other information.
