Notes
- Behavior in the desktop app is not explicitly confirmed in the README or code, so this review lists terminal only (the tests also run against the terminal surface).
- A pure observer mod. Every hook passes the result of next(e) straight through, and it only additionally reads $.agent.list and $.session.usage.
