Notes

• P1 (goal-completion probability, score weight 20) only gets a value if a separate service called 'Kev's System One' is running locally at 127.0.0.1:8010. Without it, P1 is dropped quietly and the score is recalculated from the remaining items. The core features, such as the status line score and the template that preserves information on compaction, all work without any extra install.
• If the same author's other mod agent-shell-watch is installed, background tasks (waiting or running) also count toward the score. Without it, that part is treated as 'unknown' and the score is capped at 60 (normal behavior, not a required install).
• Leftover detection only looks at lines in the agent's last answer that start with a fixed prefix. It cannot detect natural-language statements in the prompt such as 'there is work left to do' (a limitation stated in the README).

Mods run unsandboxed with your permissions. These labels come from static analysis.
